Love is ultimately what a wedding is all about: two people who love and care for one another enough to choose to spend the rest of their lives together. We’re there to unobtrusively capture the very essence of that emotion as you celebrate your commitment to one another.

Photographing mostly from a distance, we blend in to capture all of the special moments and events as they naturally unfold on your wedding day, stepping in only where agreed. We want you to relax and be yourselves, have a bit of fun and enjoy the experience – the images will reflect that.

Ryan & Lina – Wedding Photography Edinburgh

We’re a husband-and-wife photography duo with a passion for capturing love stories. Since 2010, we’ve been photographing weddings in Edinburgh and across Scotland, working seamlessly together to document each special moment.

Beyond our deep love for photography and all things wedding-related, we’re devoted parents to two wonderful children and adventurous souls at heart—often found exploring the great outdoors with our family and lively little Spaniel! We also have a fascination with the ocean, from diving and underwater filming to simply being near the water. Destination wedding in Antigua? Count us in!

We feel incredibly lucky to do what we love, meeting amazing couples and documenting the emotions, laughter, and joy of their wedding day. The best part? Hearing from our couples when they see their wedding gallery for the first time. Those heartfelt messages and happy tears make it all worthwhile, there’s nothing quite like it!

After stealing a few quiet moments together for some portraits around the incredible grounds of @neidpath_castle, it was time to head back and celebrate with all of their favourite people. Anak & John ✨ Family and friends came together from the Netherlands, Belgium and Scotland to celebrate this wonderful couple, starting with their ceremony at St Columba's Free Church in Edinburgh. Scotland certainly turned on the charm for Caroline & Kevin's gorgeous summer wedding at Thirlestane Castle. ☀️ With family and friends travelling from far and wide, there couldn't have been a more magical setting to celebrate these two. We were so lucky with the sunshine, which made the castle and its grounds look even more spectacular. Caroline looked absolutely breathtaking in her Suzanne Neville gown from Rachel Scott Couture, while Kevin and the boys looked incredibly smart in their kilts from Balgone Kilts. Their heartfelt Humanist ceremony by Nick Allan was the perfect start to an unforgettable day, and Kelly from Wildflower & Willow filled the castle with the most beautiful flowers. It was such a pleasure working alongside Gary & Jason from Knoxland Films, and as always, a huge thank you to the wonderful Thirlestane Castle team for looking after everyone so well. When two Americans meet and fall in love in Germany, of course the obvious place for their dream wedding is the stunning Borthwick Castle in Scotland! What an incredible day celebrating Amy & Kyle’s wedding. From the moment we arrived until the very last dance, we had the absolute best time with this wonderful couple and their amazing family and friends. And can we just talk about the Highland cows?! Some stories are simply meant to be. Olivia and Charles first crossed paths at St Andrews University, then by chance reconnected 10 years later, and the rest is history. 🤍 Their wedding day was the result of months of planning across London, Dubai and Edinburgh, with family travelling all the way from Australia to celebrate with them. We had the most incredible time at Nicole and Jack’s gorgeous wedding at The Cow Shed in Crail. Congratulations again, Mr and Mrs Ferguson. We hope you're absolutely thrilled with your photos. We can't tell you how wonderful it was to spend the day with you both, along with your amazing friends and family. From start to finish, it was such a special celebration. It was so lovely to see so many familiar faces, with three of our previous wedding couples there. It felt like a bit of a reunion, and we loved catching up with everyone throughout the day. ✨ Kiah & Ed's gorgeous winter wedding at Winton Castle ✨ It's been a busy start to the year, and we're finally getting around to posting this fabulous wedding from the 3rd of January. Our first wedding of 2026… and honestly, what a way to kick off the year 🤍 It was an incredible day from start to finish. We absolutely loved the relaxed, personal feel of the whole celebration, especially Kiah & Ed @edcourt having a little moment to themselves before walking into the ceremony together. Such a special moment to witness. Their gorgeous, personal ceremony by Humanist Society Scotland celebrant Lara Celini was the perfect way to start their celebrations. Fabulous, heartfelt speeches, speedshot group photos, sparklers, a fabulous ceilidh and even a hunt for wedding favours under the Christmas tree … what more could you ask for? ✨ We even got a special bauble as a memento from their gorgeous wedding day. We’re also always thrilled when Suzanne Christie is booked as the make-up artist. She’s just wonderful, and had Kiah looking absolutely fabulous from morning right through into the ceilidh! “The most romantic sweet place I ever saw” 🤍 Poet Robert Burns described Dunglass Collegiate Church this way back in 1787, and honestly… we couldn’t agree more. Is it possible to find a more romantic setting for your wedding ceremony than this beautifully preserved 15th-century Gothic kirk? Huge congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs Maxwell ✨ What a spectacular day at the beautiful Dunglass Estate. It truly was a gorgeous day from start to finish. Even with hail, snow, rain and sunshine all within the space of an hour, you both smiled and laughed through every second of it! We absolutely loved documenting your day, especially your lovely, personal ceremony inside the stunning old kirk. It’s always such a pleasure returning to Dunglass, certainly one of the most scenic and romantic wedding settings in Scotland.
